PRE EVENT

1. We will organize a preliminary meeting to talk about your company
profile such as your customers’ general spending habits, company
strengths and goals, past history and future development…etc.

and projected revenue in connection with organizing the event will be
worked out for discussion.
3.  Marketing campaign and press release will then be moved forward
as soon as both parties approve the budget.

5.  Devising and mapping out a theme for the event setting and
installation.

DURING THE EVENT

1.  On-site video-taping for the event.  
2.  On-site marketing and promotional activities will be provided during
the event.
3.  Administrative support will also be provided to deal with any
unexpected incidents at the event.

POST EVENT

1.   Maintain a data base of your potential clients and provide support
following-up    sales leads.
2.   Provide support of preparing monthly report on sales leads.
3.   Conduct evaluations.
4.   Prepare for the next event.
